Here is the easiest to do this update:
1. Download Pipo S1 firmware mixed S3 v2.1 from here or from here. Extract the firmware .img file to your desktop.
2. Put your Pipo S1 in 'firmware update mode'.
3. Run Rockchip Batch Tool v1.6, select the proper image .img file from your desktop, and after your device is found by the program, press the 'Restore' button and wait for 2-3 minutes to finish.
Pipo S1 firmware mixed S3 v2.1 has the following features:
- 120 dpi display resolution
- Replace the kernel on the March 2013
- Icons bar systems are replaced by more interesting from Pipo M8
- Replaced boot animation for faster system boot
- Masked by Galaxy S2
- Replace the kernel on the March 2013

P.S. - If flash player doesn't work, go to /system/app/ look for a file flashplayer.nm and rename it in flashplayer.apk, run a standard browser, flash will be installed. Also, it is recommended to install CWM after this ROM, it will remove lag.
